Capt. Jon is a USCG certified captain and owner of Sea Run Charters, a saltwater guide service specializing in fly and light tackle fishing out of Portsmouth, NH. Jon grew up on the sea coast and has spent over 25 years exploring the New England waters by boat. When he's not aboard is 23' Jones Brothers, you'll find him on a mountain bike, skis, or a surfboard enjoying all things outdoors.

Max Rice grew up on Lake Erie on his family's runabouts, working through high school and college as a boat cleaner, dock boy, and bottom painter. Max and his family now live in Portsmouth, NH opening their summers running their 31' Bertram "Happy Mama" between cape cod and the coast of Maine. He has expertly combined his passion for the water with his desire to help clients achieve their objectives, as a broker for Smith Yacht Sales.

Eric has been in the marine industry since 1990. He has worked for two premier yacht yards on Cape Cod and has worked in yacht sales since 1995 winning awards from Back Cove, Sabre and Hatteras Yachts. Eric holds his Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) designation as well as 100 Ton Master Captain's License, is currently the President of the Yacht Broker's Association of America, is a member of the International Yacht Broker's Association and is a member of the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association and a graduate of Providence College. He is versed in all aspects of the transaction including surveys, tax laws, market valuations, marine finance and insurance as well as contract negotiations. Eric and his wife Torrey live in the Boston area with their daughter Madeline.

Torrey began her career working for Cornerstone Investments in marketing and then worked in real estate accounting for Fidelity Investments for 16 years. She retired from the corporate world to join the Smith Yacht team focusing on accounting and operations.

Dan has been a boater his entire life, having grown up on the water in Hull, MA. Dan is an avid striper and tuna fisherman, although he laments that to date he has only caught one tuna. He enjoys golf and just hanging out on the beach thinking about the boats he plans to build one day! Since joining Smith Yacht Sales Dan has proven to be extremely knowledgeable about all things nautical and as he says, “It’s not work when you love what you’re doing.”

Dana is a veteran broker, having been with Smith Yachts Sales for over ten years! As our leading broker, Dana year after year continues to grow his business, customer base and the Smith Yacht Sales network! Dana works out of our Hingham Shipyard Marinas office and is a resident of the South Shore, so if you are in need of a local broker, Boston to Cape Cod, Dana is a great choice! Dana's professional roots are in the automotive and marine aftermarket business. Dana and his wife live in Plymouth, MA, and share a passion for boating that began (for those who may remember) with a build-it-yourself skiff from Armstrong Boats in Norwell, MA. Since those days a few boats have come and gone, and many hours have been logged sharing adventures and creating memories investigating the waters of Cape Cod and the islands!

Matt has been boating since he was 7 years old, taking his maiden voyage on a 1954 18' Lyman Islander with his Dad out of the Fore River and across Hull Gut. They motored towards the South Shore of Massachusetts where he summered for the majority of his teen years. He later moved to Connecticut where he continued boating along the Connecticut shoreline. Matt's love of the water extends from swimming to fishing to boating, covering all aspects. He has an extensive sales career, and thoroughly enjoys helping people find just the right boat for their needs.

With years of experience in the Marine Industry, Vinny joined Smith Yacht Sales with tremendous knowledge and expertise! Vinny owned and operated his own Marina for nearly 30 years and is currently the Sales and Service Manager here at the Hingham Shipyard Marina. Vinny's decision to join the Smith Yacht Sales brokerage team stemmed from his desire to increase buying and selling opportunities for his valued customers. If you ever see Vinny not working, he will most likely be out boating, golfing or lounging by his pool with his lovely wife Cathy, his 3 grown sons and his many delightful grandchildren.

As a lifelong resident of Boston’s South Shore Steven cut his teeth plying the local waterways with his Dad and beloved family. Steven served as a utility player at Smith Yacht Sales for over fifteen years but is now a great broker available to serve all your boat buying, listing and selling needs.

Connie has an extensive background in business ownership and technical writing combined with user interface training and development. After a long career in high tech, Connie and her husband discovered Smith Yacht Sales when deciding to sell their final boat. The transaction was so seamless and enjoyable that it transitioned into, to date, a 10-year position as Smith Yacht’s Office Manager.
